By this time five batches of B.B.A. (Hons) students, four batches of B.Sc. (Hons) in Computer Science and Engineering, three batches of B.A. (Hons) in English, three batches of B.Ed., eight batches of M.B.A. and three batches of M.A. in English have successfully completed their degree requirements and entered the job market with an excellent rate of employment. Currently this university is offering fifteen Undergraduate (Bachelor) Degree programs, and three Graduate (Master) Degree programs which have been tailored according to the national and international socio-economic needs of higher education. Many of our graduates are pursuing education for Master Degree in Australia, Malaysia, England and USA.

In order to ensure modern, scientific and quality education, the university has been well-equipped with a competent team of academic staff, physical facilities, spacious and well furnished classrooms, a rich library, modern engineering laboratories, an excellent state-of-the-art English language laboratory, well-organized computer laboratories with internet facilities, a modern well-equipped gymnasium etc. An excellent academic complex with congenial environment has been developed here for providing the students with modern education in order to achieve our vision of providing the future generation with education and skills of modern age.

For facilitating our students with advanced and research-based education at low cost, we entered into agreement with the University of Massachusetts, Boston, USA, Huron U.S. University, London, Model University, Beijing in China, and Han University, Netherlands to enable the students of Bangladesh University having studied here for three years to transfer their earned credits with special tuition fee facility to those foreign universities.

We are proud of our two own campuses – one at Asad Avenue, Mohammadpur, and the other at Iqbal Road, Mohammadpur – which are located in the heart of the metropolis Dhaka. The campuses along with the female students’ dormitory are safe and secure from disturbances of urban life. We have recently purchased about two acres of land in Dhaka City for a new permanent campus.
With a view to establish a Centre for Educational Excellence, we solicit the whole hearted co-operation particularly from students, guardians, teachers and employees. We are confident, with 35 years experiences in educational management and administration, that we will be able to make our endeavour a success in making our university globally known as one of the best universities in Bangladesh.
